The Ronacher has a bell for guests in a wheelchair - you will find it at a separate entrance, to the left of the main entrance.

Monday through Sunday 02:00 p.m. – 06:00 p.m.
Sundays and public holidays on performance days 02:00 p.m. – 06:00 p.m.

Summer break: closed from 30 June to 1 September 2024*

 

Evening box office:

1.5 hours before the start of performance, as a rule from 06:00 p.m.
Sunday from 12:30 p.m., because the performance starts at 02:00 p.m.

Raimund Theater 

The Raimund Theater has a bell for guests in a wheelchair - you will find it at a separate entrance, to the left of the main entrance.

Tuesday and Thursday 02:00 p.m. – 06:00 p.m.
Sundays and public holidays on performance days 02:00 p.m. – 06:00 p.m.

Summer break: closed from 29 July to 25 August 2024*

 

Evening box office:

1.5 hours before the start of the performance
Sunday from 12:30 p.m., because the performance starts at 02:00 p.m.

 

* Tickets for our events are available during this time at the following locations: online, by telephone via +43 1 58885-111 (Monday to Saturday from 8 am - 8 pm, except public holidays) and in person at the Wien Ticket Pavilion at the State Opera (Monday to Saturday from 10 am - 7 pm, closed on Sundays and public holidays).

It is not possible to order tickets at the VBW box offices by telephone. For ordering tickets, please call our Customer Service under +43/1/58885-111 (Monday to Saturday from 8 A.M to 8 P.M). 

For orders placed via the WIEN-TICKET call center and the WIEN-TICKET pavilion at the Staatsoper, a service fee of € 2, - will be charged to you.
