We cannot make any binding statements in advance about which cast will be playing on the day of the performance of your choice, and last-minute changes are also possible. However, in every ensuite company there are understudies or alternating casts for all roles, who are equally well studied and of high artistic calibre. You can see the cast of your performance on the cast notices in the entrance foyer on the day of the performance from the moment you enter the theatre.

For their own safety (volume, duration of performance, etc.), children under the age of 3 cannot be admitted into the auditorium - even if they are accompanied by an adult. Depending on the type and the programe of the performance, the entry age for selected events can be changed in terms of health criteria and development phase of children.
An age recommendation for the respective musical production is given on the respective production page under Infos:
Booster seats for children are available. Please ask our staff. Due to saftey reasons, it is not allowed to share a seat with a child. Every visitor has to have a ticket and a seat.
Junior-Ticket
Children and young people up to the age of 16 accompanied by at least one adult receive a 35% discount in the categories VIP-D for selected performances (marked with an orange dot). The Junior-Ticket can be used by a maximum of 3 children accompanied by an adult. The discount can also be booked in combination with a discounted adult ticket.

Outerwear, rucksacks, bags, suitcases and umbrellas must be deposited in the appropriate cloakrooms and may only be removed before leaving the venue. Bags and rucksacks smaller than 35 cm x 25 cm x 20 cm are excluded from the ban. Overclothes taken into the audience area must be kept on. The cloakroom is free of charge.

There are separate cloakrooms for each area:
- Cloakroom in the basement (for visitors with tickets in the stalls)
- Cloakroom on the 1st tier (for visitors with tickets on the 1st tier)
- Cloakroom on the 2nd tier (for visitors with tickets on the 2nd tier)

€ 20,- tickets for pupils, students, apprentices, military and civilian servants (with appropriate proof of eligibility - will be checked on site!) and voluntary social year participants.

Valid up to the age of 27 in categories A-D (max. 1 ticket per person).
Please note that these discounts are only available for musical productions at the Raimund Theater and Ronacher, where Vereinigte Bühnen Wien is the organiser. For third-party events, pricing is the responsibility of the respective organiser. In the event of misuse, VBW will refuse to issue discounted tickets. Discounted tickets may not be issued for commercial purposes. Cannot be combined with other promotions, no cash redemption possible, tickets subject to availability, existing bookings excluded, subject to change.

It is permitted to take mobile medical aids (e.g. an oxygen device in a rucksack) into the auditorium. For safety reasons, stationary medical aids are not permitted. A power supply in the auditorium is not possible. We ask for your understanding.

Please make sure that your mobile phone is switched off during the performance. It is best to either switch your mobile phone off completely or switch it to flight mode. We would like to point out that image and sound recordings are not permitted during the performance. You are welcome to take photos and videos before the performance begins, during the intermission and after the performance. Please tag us in your posts with @musicalviennavbw and #WeAreMusical.

Tickets
With the best seat booking at Price Categories, the best adjacent seats are automatically selected for you after you have entered the number of tickets in the desired category and clicked on the "Add to Basket" button.
As an alternative to "automatic best seat booking", we offer you an interactive Seat Map for ticket booking:
- If you want to select several adjacent seats in the seat map with one click, first adjust the "Number of Tickets" to the right of the seat map using the drop-down menu (indicated by "+-"). The number of tickets can be found above the seat map on the mobile phone.
- Click on the desired seat in the desired seating area (stalls: PARKETT or tier: RANG). Seats that cannot be booked are shown as a grey dot.
- After selecting the desired seats, these are displayed to the right of the seat map under "Selected Seats". The selected seats on the mobile phone are located above the seat map. Here you can use the drop-down menu (labelled "˅") to select a discount that applies to you for the respective performance.
- Then click on the "Add to Shopping Basket" button and complete your purchase.
Purchase completed
After purchasing your ticket, an order confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. This can take up to 5 minutes. Please also check your spam or junk e-mail folder. If you have not received an order confirmation, please contact kundenservice@wien-ticket-service.at or call +43 1 58885 - 111 (Monday to Saturday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.). Please state the event you have booked, your name and contact details (e-mail address, telephone number and/or postal address). If you are logged in to musicalvienna.at, you will find your orders in MY PROFILE under ‘View purchasing data / print@home’ and can download your invoices and PDF tickets at any time.
e-Ticket
If you choose the e-ticket delivery method, you will receive your tickets attached to your booking confirmation as a print@home ticket (PDF file) and as a wallet file. Please do not forget to save ALL print@home tickets on your smartphone or import the wallet file on your smartphone to present them at the event. You can also find your print@home tickets and the wallet file (duplicates) in your personal login area (‘My profile’) under ‘View purchasing data / print@home’.
Further information on the print@home ticket:
The barcode on your print@home ticket, which can only be used once, is cancelled electronically at the event venue. Admission to the event is always on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that the print@home ticket that is accepted first with its unique identification is the valid one. Subsequent tickets with the same identification are automatically cancelled when the first ticket is admitted.
Please keep your print@home ticket in a safe place and do not pass it on to third parties. Please also ensure that the barcode is clearly legible by saving the PDF and not taking a photo of the print@home ticket. This will avoid delays in access control.
If you want to print out the ticket, the ‘Acrobat Reader’ program must be installed on your computer in at least version 5.0 and can then be printed out on any printer with a clean typeface in colour or black and white on A4 paper. If you do not have the ‘Acrobat Reader’ programme, you can download it here free of charge.
However, we recommend that you save the print@home ticket digitally on your smartphone and present it at the event, as this protects our environment.

You can find all available souvenirs online at any time in our souvenir shop. At the souvenir stand in the basement of the Raimund Theater and on the ground floor of the Ronacher, we are available from half an hour before the start of the performance, during the intermission and after the end of the performance with souvenirs from the current production. If available, you can also obtain programme booklets and CDs of the current musicals at all VBW box offices.

Standing places are located in the Raimund Theater and Ronacher in the second tier. The performance can only be watched standing up from the standing areas with a slightly restricted view - no seats are installed here.
Standing tickets can be purchased for all available dates at the VBW box offices (Raimund Theater, Ronacher, Theater an der Wien), the Wien Ticket Pavilion at the State Opera, by telephone on +43 1 58885 - 111 and online in the ticket shop at musicalvienna.at.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT/RELOCATION OF AN EVENT
Wien Ticket Service recommends that you provide full customer details with every booking so that you can be informed in good time in the event of any changes to the event. As a voluntary service, WTS Wien Ticket Service GmbH reserves the right, in the event of cancellation, postponement or any other change to an event, to notify those customers who have purchased tickets for this event electronically by e-mail, telephone, text message or by post, provided that the relevant contact details are available. Wien Ticket Service is not obliged to inform ticket purchasers about cancellations, postponements and rescheduling of the booked event.
DEPOSIT AT THE BOX OFFICE
Your tickets will be ready for collection at the box office from 1 hour before the start of the event, stating your booking number. Tickets can also be collected from the respective box offices during opening hours immediately after ordering, quoting your booking number. To collect your tickets, you will need your booking number (invoice, confirmation email) and an official photo ID.
EXCHANGE/CANCELLATION
Unfortunately, we cannot take back tickets that have already been purchased. If you are planning your visit to the theatre over a longer period of time, we recommend that you take out ticket cancellation protection when booking.
LOSS
In principle, no replacement tickets can be issued for tickets that are lost (risk of misuse). If it is a clearly identifiable seat, please contact our customer service at kundenservice@wien-ticket-service.at or by telephone on +43 1 58885 - 111.

PRICES
In order to guarantee fair pricing for all groups of visitors, we at VBW work with dynamic prices. This means that we offer tickets and dates in our musical theatres at different conditions for every ‘wallet’. Many different discounts are available for a musical visit to the Raimund Theatre and the Ronacher. The use of the cloakroom is also included in the ticket price.
TICKET PURCHASE - INCORRECT AMOUNT DEBITED

Please state the booking number and your contact details. The debit will be checked immediately and any errors will of course be corrected quickly.
