Is it possible to bring a partner dog/guide dog?

Yes, guide dogs and partner dogs with ID may be taken into the auditorium with a leash and muzzle. The prerequisite for this is the reservation of a barrier-free corner seat (stalls) in the immediate vicinity of the exit. To reserve an appropriate seat, please contact one of the three VBW box offices (MusikTheater an der Wien, Raimund Theater, Ronacher), the Wien-Ticket Pavillon or call Wien-Ticket on 01 58885-111. It is pointed out that it is at the visitor's own discretion to decide and judge whether it is possible for the dog to attend the performance without any adverse health effects (volume, lighting effects, etc.) and without disturbing the stage show and the audience (in particular by staying quietly in the square, etc.). For the sake of good order, it is pointed out that in this context any liability on the part of VBW is fully and expressly excluded.
