Florian Peters was born in Bad Honnef and trained at the Bayerische Theaterakademie August Everding. After graduating, he appeared at Oper Graz (THE MAN FROM LA MANCHA) and the Berlin State Opera Unter den Linden (LA FINTA GIARDINIERA). Other roles include Mark in RENT at the Delphi Kino in Berlin and Claude in HAIR at the Nordharzer Städtebund Theater and the Theater Trier. He made his first appearance at the Staatstheater am Gärtnerplatz in 2013 playing Pedro in THE MAN FROM LA MANCHA, where he also played Nahino in the world premiere of DER FLASCHENGEIST, Peter in JESUS CHRIST SUPERSTAR and the Chevalier de Danceny in the world premiere of the musical of DANGEROUS LIAISONS. His most recent roles were Maik Klingenberg in TSCHICK at the Freilichtspiele Schwäbisch Hall and MOZART! at the Raimund Theater. In the Lotte Lenya Competition in New York, he won the Lys Symonette Award.
