We Are Musical - The Next Generation 2024

VBW and MUK present students of the "Musikalisches Unterhaltungstheater (MUNTER)" degree programme at a major graduate concert in June

The Vereinigte Bühnen Wien (VBW) and the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien (MUK), both part of Wien Holding, are staging WE ARE MUSICAL - THE NEXT GENERATION for the sixth time on 24 June 2024. The specially developed and jointly conceived concert is dedicated to promoting young talent and offers young artists the opportunity to present themselves to a wide audience on a large stage and gain important initial experience for their future. This year's graduating class and the students of the "Musikalisches Unterhaltungstheater (MUNTER)" degree programme will present a varied cross-section of the genre to the audience at the Ronacher on this special evening and provide an insight into the world of musicals.

This year, Ana Milva Gomes and Drew Sarich will rock the stage at the Ronacher together with the upcoming musical performers and present a varied selection from the musical genre.

The event will be hosted by Alex. Riener and the well-known director and MUK lecturer Werner Sobotka, who also organizes the evening. Under the musical direction of Peter Uwira, himself a lecturer on the "Musikalisches Unterhaltungstheater" programme.
