Douglas O'Connell is a video and projection designer. His theater successes include ASPECTS OF LOVE (West End), 1923: CHILDREN OF REPUBLIC (Piu Entertainment, Turkey), GREASE (West End/UK tour), THE WIZARD OF OZ, SUNSET BOULEVARD (Curve, Leicester), "All's Well That Ends Well", "The Magician's Elephant" (RSC), "Silence" (Filter/ Hampstead/RSC), "Identical" (Nottingham Playhouse), "Royal Hunt of the Sun" (Parco Theatre, Tokyo), "The Witches Of Eastwick" (Cirkus, Stockholm), "Hogarth's Progress: The Taste Of The Town," "Hogarth's Progress," "The Art Of Success" (Rose Theatre), "An Officer and a Gentleman" (UK tour), "Tale Of Two Cities" (Regent's Park), "Fault Lines" (Hampstead), "The Bomb - Second Blast" (1992-2012), "The Bomb - First Blast" (1940-1992), "Dance Marathon" (Barbican); "Monsters" (Arcola), "This Isn't Romance" (Soho Theatre), and "Fight Face" (Lyric Hammersmith). Operas he has worked on include "The Lost Ring" (ROH), "The Magic Flute," "Into The Woods" (Opera North), and "Don Giovanni" (Hampstead Garden Opera). He has also designed for dance productions such as "Pinocchio" (Texas Ballet/National Ballet of Canada), and "Ballet Shoes" (London's Children's Ballet).
