On January 20, 2017, MUSICAL MEETS OPERA 8 took place at the Raimund Theatre for the 8th time. The matinée is a cooperation of the VEREINIGTEN BÜHNEN WIEN and the “Freunde der Wiener Staatsoper”.
Artists of the current musical production “SCHIKANEDER – The turbulent love story behind The Magic Flute” and the opera genre presented melodies and scenes from the musical and popular opera “Die Zauberflöte”.
The next MUSICAL MEETS OPERA takes place on May 7, 2017 at DON CAMILLO & PEPPONE in the Ronacher. Pre-sale starts in April.
