Big graduate concert of the MUK on 23 June 2025 at the Ronacher

WE ARE MUSICAL – THE NEXT GENERATION

The Vereinigte Bühnen Wien (VBW) and the Music and Arts Private University of the City of Vienna (Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien, MUK) once again presented WE ARE MUSICAL – THE NEXT GENERATION at the Ronacher on June 23, 2025. The concert, which was specially developed and jointly launched, once again focused on promoting young talent and offered young artists the opportunity to perform on a large stage, introduce themselves to a wide audience, and gain important initial experience for their future.

Stars and “The Next Generation” at the Ronacher

This year, MUK graduates and students from the Institute for Musical Theater once again joined renowned stars from the industry to present a varied cross-section of the diverse musical genre. This year's star guests: actress, singer, and dancer Sona MacDonald and Falco lead actor Moritz Mausser supported the upcoming musical performers on stage at the Ronacher.

The event was hosted by Alex. Riener and the well-known director and MUK lecturer Werner Sobotka, who also organised the evening. A live band performed under the musical direction of Peter Uwira, himself a lecturer at the Institute of Musical Entertainment Theatre.
