Find your best way to us at the Raimund Theater
We recommend an environmentally friendly journey on foot, by bike and by public transport.
Entry
The theater opens 1 hour before the performance starts. Earlier house and auditorium admission and a longer intermission are intended to reduce the hectic and stressful nature of theatre visits.
The start of the performance is announced by a bell signal in the house. You should arrive at your seat after the third bell at the latest. If you arrive too late, you may miss part of the performance.
Children
Children under the age of three are not permitted to enter - even if accompanied by a parent or guardian or other adult - for their own safety (due to volume, duration of performances, etc.). The recommended age for attending the musical is 10 years and older. Booster seats for children are available from Audience Services. For safety reasons, children are not permitted to sit on laps. Every theatre-goer must have a ticket and their own seat.
Junior-Ticket
Children and young people up to their 16th birthday, accompanied by at least one adult, receive a 35% discount for selected performances (marked with an orange dot) in the VIP-D categories. The Junior Ticket can be used by a maximum of 3 children accompanied by an adult. The discount can also be booked in combination with a discounted adult ticket.Barrier-free musical experience
At the Raimund Theater we would like to give all guests the opportunity to experience musicals without restrictions. All information can be found here:
