Our box offices and theaters remain closed

The coronavirus outbreak has resulted in significant restrictions on public life in Austria. The health authorities have banned indoor events with over 100 people up to and including April 12th. Our box offices and theaters remain closed during this time.

We are pleased to inform you that we have managed to schedule new performances of CATS at the Ronacher in 2021 as a replacement for all events between April 3, 2020 and April 12, 2020!

This means: your tickets remain valid, the start time of the performance and your chosen seats will of course remain unchanged.

Your ticket-office will contact you directly regarding your replacement date.

We ask for your understanding that in this exceptional situation we need time to process all ticket bookings for our events. We try to respond to all inquiries as soon as possible.

Purchase via VBW box offices (Ronacher, Theater an der Wien)

Customers who have booked their tickets at one of our VBW box offices at Ronacher or Theater an der Wien will be contacted directly by WTS Vienna Ticket Service GmbH. You can find your replacement date HERE, the tickets remain valid.

Group tickets purchased via the VBW booking office (01/58830-1440; sales@vbw.at or schule@vbw.at)

Customers (private groups / school groups, companies, clubs) who have booked their tickets through the VBW Booking Office will be contacted directly by the VBW Booking Office.You can find your replacement date HERE, the tickets remain valid.

Tickets purchased via wien-ticket.at, WIEN-TICKET call center, WIEN-TICKET Pavillon, WIEN-TICKET Partner, Ticket Krone, Drei Ticket and bankaustria.wien-ticket.at

Customers who have booked their tickets via WIEN-TICKET.AT, WIEN-TICKET call center or WIEN TICKET Pavillon, will be contacted directly by WT Wien Ticket GmbH.

Tickets purchased from travel agencies (e.g. TUI, Eurotours, Rail Tours, Mondial)

Please contact your tour operator directly for more information about your replacement date. Your ticket remains valid for the new date.
