Apprentice workshop at the Raimund Theatre
Cooperation with OeAD and Basis.Kultur.Wien
In January and February 2023, three apprentice workshops were held again as part of the "K3 Cultural Education with Apprentices" project sponsored by the Austrian Agency for Education and Internationalisation and Basis.Kultur.Wien. Under the title "MUSICAL – more than theatre", four classes gained insights into the musical genre and the working world at the Vereinigte Bühnen Wien, this time focusing on the hit musical REBECCA.
In the rehearsal rooms of the Raimund Theatre, there was passionate dancing, hearty singing, courageous acting, lots of amazement and loud laughter. In addition to a backstage tour, VBW employees provided insights into their work at the VBW, from props and artistic production to the booking office. After the participatory workshop, the participants relaxed with a visit to the musical REBECCA, which was received with enthusiasm.
