Start of the 2025/26 Musical season

The VBW musical division celebrated the start of the new musical season on September 8 with an atmospheric get-together on Vienna's Summerstage.

In a relaxed atmosphere, VBW Musical Director Christian Struppeck, together with the ensembles of MARIA THERESIA – THE MUSICAL and THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA – including Nienke Latten, Fabio Diso, Anton Zetterholm, Lisanne Clémence Veeneman, and Roy Goldman – as well as colleagues behind the scenes, got into the spirit of the coming season. The leading team behind the new VBW productions was also in attendance, including Alex Balga (director), Jonathan Huor (choreographer), Aleksandra Kica (costume and mask designer), Morgan Large (set and video designer), and many more.

The revival premiere of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA is on September 13 at the Raimund Theater, followed by the grand world premiere of MARIA THERESIA – DAS MUSICAL at the Ronacher on October 10.
